We process data you send us by email or phone to answer enquiries and manage reservations and events (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Table bookings are handled by TheFork, which acts under its own privacy policy. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), managed via CookieYes.

Event enquiries and AI-assisted replies

Event enquiries submitted through this website are stored securely and accessible only to authorised restaurant staff. To prepare personalised reply drafts, staff may process the guest name, occasion, group size, requested date and message using Lovable AI, together with event information. Email addresses and phone numbers are not included in the AI request. Drafts are reviewed by the team; no reply is sent automatically and no booking is confirmed by AI.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose and to meet legal obligations.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@marchicapalma.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
